Deutsch: Thomas Mann: München: Hyperion-Verlag Hans von Weber 1912, 99 Seiten; Erstveröffentlichung in einer Auflage von 100 Exemplaren (dreizehnter Hundertdruck des Hyperion-Verlages), Exemplar LXXI (Potempa E 26.1, Bürgin I 8, Haack * S. 49).
Kleines Exlibris der Sammlerin Lucy Spiegel auf vorderem Spiegel. Gesetzt in der hier erstmals verwendeten Tiemann-Kursiv, gedruckt bei Poeschel & Trepte in Leipzig. Geripptes Bütten mit Hundert-Wasserzeichen. Goldener Kopfschnitt, sonst unbeschnitten. Dunkelblaues Maroquin, Lexikon-Oktav auf Bünden. Goldgeprägter Rückentitel. Zwischen den Bünden goldgeprägte Rechtecke. Buchdeckel mit rechteckig umlaufenden Goldfileten (vorn vierfach, hinten zweifach, auf den Einschlägen einfach). Vorderdeckel mit goldgeprägter Hundertdruck-Vignette des Hyperion-Verlags. Schmuckschuber (Kanten gefasst im Leder des Einbands) und Leseband, gefertigt von E. Ludwig Frankfurt am Main (goldener Prägestempel auf unterem Einschlag des Vorderdeckels). Es existiert eine gleichartige Einbandgestaltung von Carl Sonntag jun. Leipzig. Die Prägestempel unterscheiden sich minimal. |
