Notes
  • Significance: This silo is distinctive in its design and construction material. The use of hollow clay tiles is unusual for the Central California region and appears unique in the Elk Grove area. In contrast, most of the surviving silos in the local area were constructed of concrete rings bound together with iron bands.
  • Survey number: HABS CA-2713-B
  • Building/structure dates: 1916 Initial Construction
  • Building/structure dates: 2001 Demolished
