Description Austell, GA, September 24, 2009 -- Along with a local television crew at this moment, GEMA, FEMA, SBA, and local officials are going door to door in this flood affected mobile home community to assess damages. This Preliminary Damage Assessment(PDA) will provide data for inclusion in the state request for federal disaster declaration.
