Notes
  • Significance: An excellent example of the Queen Anne commercial building, fairly rare in Oshkosh. Rudolph J. Weisbrod was the original owner of the building. He was a furniture manufacturer and undertaker who used the building for his business. In 1884-5, Weisbrod extensively remodeled the building and opened a saloon and hall. In 1891 the building was remodeled again and sold to H. Teichgraber who opened the "Alhambra" saloon. Ono of few structures that survived the 1875 fire.
