Notes
  • Significance: Built at a cost of $8,000. This is one of 19 remaining bungalows surrounding the Hotel Vista del Arroyo, a Pasadena landmark representing the resort hotel lifestyle of early 20th century Southern California. The bungalows though completely detached from the main hotel and often privately financed were dependent on the main facility for dining and services.
  • Survey number: HABS CA-2184-A
  • Building/structure dates: 1937 Initial Construction
