Summary edit

Description
English: A closed entrance to the Rector Street IRT station, located inside Trinity Place Greenstreet section of Elizabeth H. Berger Plaza, between Trinity Place and the Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel in the Financial District, Manhattan. The entrances are closed for flood mitigation, apparently still from Superstorm Sandy. It also says a key to the entrance (or rather, to unlock the blue construction box surrounding it) is located in the token booth.
