Description
English: Stop sign on Fairview Avenue with an unconventional "At Stop Line" supplemental sign underneath at the intersection of South Fairview Avenue and South Fencroft Place (across from South Fairview) on the eastern edge of Montauk Downs State Park in Montauk, New York. This was part of a campaign to collect additional images of Montauk Downs State Park, and the maroon colored "At Stop Line" sign makes me wonder if the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation had anything to do with the installation of this sign, instead of the Town of East Hampton Department of Public Works.
