  • Description:"Fahrzeug Wimpel" or "Vehicle Pennant." Square (a rare piece: there were twenty of these "national leaders" in 1939), aluminum staff. Eagle with a swastika embroidered in silver bullion thread on a background of two white isosceles triangles (top and bottom) and two black isosceles triangles (left and right, on either side of the eagle), all within a square. Stamps with the early Nazi party eagle (on the lower white triangle), similar to that of the "Völkischer Beobachter." Pink braid (faded in the sun, likely red originally) running around the edge of the pennant. The pennant is inside a kind of pouch made of leather and a transparent yellow-dominant plastic material, attached to the aluminum staff (ending in a chrome ball) and closing with five snap buttons. Likely obtained in Berchtesgaden.

Description:

"Fahrzeug Wimpel". Carré (pièce rare : il y a vingt de ces "responsables nationaux", en 1939), hampe en aluminium. Aigle à croix gammée brodé en fils de cannetille d'argent sur fond de deux triangles isocèles blancs (en haut et en bas) et de deux isocèles noirs (à gauche et à droite, de part et d'autre de l'aigle), tenant dans un carré. Tampons avec aigle du parti précoce (sur le triangle blanc inférieur), semblable à celui du "Völkischer Beobachter". Galon rose, (passé au soleil, sans doute rouge à l'origine), courant sur le pourtour du fanion. Le fanion est à l'intérieur d'une sorte de pochette faite de cuir et d'une matière plastique transparente à dominante jaune, fixée à la hampe en aluminium (se terminant par une boule chromée) et fermant par cinq boutons-pressions. Sans doute pris à Berchtesgaden.

Marques, inscriptions, poinçons: "R" et "L" (initiales en fils de cannetille argent sur les deux isocèles noirs), "Nationalsoz. Deutsche Arbeitspartei -Der Stellvertreter des Führers" (tampon avec sur le triangle blanc inférieur).
