Italiano: Vi si appendeva il maiale ucciso (appeso agli uncini per le zampe posteriori perché non toccasse terra durante le operazioni di eviscerazione e squartatura) per sventrarlo e dividerlo in mezzene. La trave era semplicemente appoggiata ad una parete da cui era tenuta distante per mezzo di due pioli di lunghezza adeguata. Poiché non tutte le famiglie contadine possedevano l'attrezzo, esso (chiamato anche impicadóra o stanga in collina e in montagna e cadnèr nei comuni della Bassa, presso il Po) era di norma usato a turno da diversi nuclei familiari.
