Summary edit

Description Ford F-100 ambulance. Operated by the NSW Ambulance Service. Ambulance body fitted by Superior Industries in Brisbane. It is seen here as the official ambulance that followed the 1989 Variety Club Bash charity car rally. NSWAS supplied the car and two volunteer officers drove it, following the rally from Sydney to the official start in Bourke, then on to Broome WA. Scanned from a photo taken by my father, who drove the Official Radio Communications truck, another ex NSW Ambulance Service F-100.
