Description
English: A set of Hull City Council bungalows on Garrick Close, just off Bellfield Avenue in Kingston upon Hull, following life-extending renovation work carried out in recent months. Handled by Fortem on behalf of the council, the project saw the replacement of the roofs, doors and windows of the bungalows and also saw the installation of new indoor vents, drains and external lighting, finalised with white pebble dash rendering over thick insulation that would be applied in early December. The reaction by and effect on the residents has been highly mixed amid the heavy disruption in the run-up to Christmas.
