English: 1909-built walled-embankment along a hill that once supported the Getty Square Branch of the Putnam Division of the New York Central Railroad over McLean Avenue (former NY 164) in the Park Hill section of Southwest Yonkers, New York. The branch was abandoned in 1943, and the rest of the former New York and Putnam Railroad was abandoned gradually between 1958 and 1980. |
