Svenska: Hästsko av silver med sömspår och hål för 8 söm. På insidan stämplat: "S. BLOMBERG" (SS nr 1731), St. Erik (SS 1728), tre kronor, M3, (Samuel Blomberg, Stockholm 1818). På utsidan graverat: "Carl XIV Johan 1818 // Krönt d 11te i 5te Månaden". Vid klackarna borrat ett hål i vardera skänkeln, däri fäst en silverkedja, i vilken hänger en kastpenning från kröningen.

Kastpenningens åtsida:
Karl XIV Johan, bröstbild, profil h , krona, hermelinsbrämad mantel, ordenskedjor, omskrift: "CARL XIV JOHAN SV.O H NORR.K.KRÖNT ÅR 1818" i fyra rader.

Räfflad kant och rand, något snedprägling.
