English: Hans Edvard Andreasen (born 1983 in Tórshavn) is a Faroese singer, composer, songwriter, bass player and guitar player. He is lead singer of the rock-punk (alternative rock) band The Dreams. They started to sing in Faroese and got well-known and popular in the Faroe Islands when they changed some Faroese songs to their own style giving the songs new live. One of their most popular songs from this period is Sasasa, which Georg Eystan Á wrote, composed and sang originally but in a more quiet way. The Dreams released the album with the Faroese songs in 2006 and won Faroese mucis awards later that year. This photo was taken at the Ó-Concert, which was one of the events at the annual Olavsoka festival (Ólavsøka is the national holiday of the Faroe Islands) in Tórshavn on 28 July 2011. The concert started early in the evening on the 27 July, The Dreams played long after midnight. The Dreams participated in Global Battle of the Bands some years ago. In 2007 they moved to Denmark and in 2007 they participated in the Danish Europvision at the same time as they released their new album with new songs in Danish. Later they have released albums where they sing English, the single "Under the Sun" in 2009 and Revolt in 2010. They have been on tour in Germany and Polen in 2010.
