Rechts op de achtergrond een vervallen antieke tempel. Vervaardiging Vervaardiger: prentmaker: Agostino Veneziano (vermeld op object) naar prent van: Marcantonio Raimondi naar tekening van: Rafaël naar beeld van: anoniem Plaats vervaardiging: Italië Datering: 1500 - ca. 1536 Fysieke kenmerken: ets en gravure Materiaal: papier Techniek: graveren (drukprocedé) / etsen Afmetingen: blad: h 286 mm (Binnen plaatrand afgesneden.) × b 219 mm (Binnen plaatrand afgesneden.) Toelichting Naar een prent van Marcantonio Raimondi (RP-P-OB-11.964). Raimondi werkte hoogstwaarschijnlijk naar een tekening van Rafaël (onbekend). De compositie is gebaseerd op een sculptuur uit de 2e eeuw v. Chr. in het Palazzo Pitti te Florence.
