Notes
  • Significance: Building T-1032 is a Surgery Hospital, Type C-4B, the only building of this type in the hospital area. All surgery operations scheduled for patients at the McCoy hospital were conducted in this building. Due to the highly critical nature of the patients treated in this building, it was deemed essential that it be physically connected to Building T-1033, the Clinic and Laboratory facility (HABS NO. WI-308-AZ; comprehensive laboratory services were provided at this facility).
  • Survey number: HABS WI-308-AY
  • Building/structure dates: 1942 Initial Construction
