Description

Fischer model Deltascope: portable micrometer for measuring coating thickness by magnetic induction.

Measuring the thickness of a phosphate and cataphoresis coating (result = 22 µm) over an automotive steel sheet (about 1 mm thickness). The final (thus visible) cured cataphoresis layer is here black.
