"Han blev, som sædvanlig, slæbet hen paa Torvet med en Strikke om halsen; men da man havde holdt Raad derom, og samlet Stemmer, blev hans Forslag, uden at nogen indvendte det ringeste derimod, billiget som nyttigt for Staten.
