Deutsch: Osteoplastische Knochenmetastasen bei Mamma-Karzinom im rechten proximalen Femur (links im Bild) und am linken Os ilium. MRT T1 OHNE Kontrastmittel coronar. T1 nativ beste Sequenz zu Metastasensuche im Knochen, da das normale fetthaltige, signalintense Knochenmark durch die signalarme Tumormatrix verdrängt wird. Dieser Kontrast geht nach Gabe von Kontrastmittel verloren.
