La Tour Alexandre en 1827, et la fontaine Saint-Victor (5ème arrondissement). On voit la fontaine adossée à une tourelle. A gauche, s'élève, de profil, une façade et à droite, une maison à deux niveaux Commentaire historique:

La fontaine Saint-Victor érigée en 1671, probablement sur les dessins du Cavalier Bernin, a été remplacée par la fontaine Cuvier en 1840 (angle des rues Linné, Geoffroy Saint-Hilaire et Cuvier, autrefois rue Saint-Victor et rue de Seine Saint-Victor. Cette fontaine était adossée à la tourelle dite d'Alexandre, démolie en 1889 et qui faisait partie de l'abbaye Saint-Victor (Voir Rochegude, Promenades dans toutes les rues de Paris par arrondissement, Vème arrondissement, Paris, 1910, p.112-113)
