Tweede luchthaven voorbij Playa pariba! Geplaatst door Richard Goeloe op 07 maart 2014 - 20:37. Volgens mij is dit niet Subi Blanku, maar Flamingo Airport, in het prille begin. Het vliegveld op Subi Blanku was niet opgewassen tegen deze grote vliegtuigen. Daar kon alleen de Oriol landen aangezien de landingsbaan niet meer was dan een zandweg. De Oriol, was trouwens de omgedoopte Oehoe, die een onglukje had opgelopen op Aruba.De reden van de naamsverandring was omdat er na het ongeluk niemand meer met de Oehoe wilde vliegen. |
