Description Navarre, Fla., July 11, 2005 -- FEMA Under Secretary, Michael D. Brown and Congressman Jeff Miller tour Navarre beach destruction from Hurricane Dennis in Santa Rosa County. Hurricane Dennis displaced hundreds of residents and caused severe damage to many area structures.
