NIEUWS UIT INDONESIE - BEDELAARSZORG; Weekjournaal van Polygoon Hollands Nieuws van week 11 uit 1947.; De Nederlandse autoriteiten in Batavia bestrijden bedelarij op straat. Bedelaars worden daartoe naar het landgoed "Rustenburg" overgebracht. Daar leren ze arbeidsdiscipline opdoen door allerlei werkzaamheden te verrichten: stenen bikken, land bewerken, tuinbouw.
