| Description |
English: Penmaenpool station (restored remains), 1999. View westward, towards Morfa Mawddach at the toll-bridge over the Afon Mawddach on the A493 (subsequently replaced by a bridge?). The station - which maps show as to the east of this point, was on the ex-Cambrian Railway line to Dolgellau, continuing there as the ex-GWR line to Ruabon etc. The station and line were closed 18/1/65. |
