Inscriptions Porte un cartel avec une inscription Sœur Bathilde, Abesse de Chelles / Mademoiselle de Chartres, Louis Adélaïde d’Orléans. Fille de Philippe d’Orléans régent de France et / Mademoiselle de Blois. Née à Versailles le 13 août 1698, reçut le voile non des mains du cardinal de / Noailles le 30 mars 1713. Fut sacrée abesse de Chelles le 14 septembre 1719 et succède à Madame / de Villars. Elle mourut à Paris le 20 Février 1743 au couvent du Tresnet paroisse de Ste Marguerite.
