Русский: В день города Переславля открылся парк Победы, алую ленту разрезали мэр города Евгений Алексеевич Мельник, губернатор Ярославской области Анатолий Иванович Лисицын, директор ООО «Универсалцентр» Валерик Седракович Палакян и ветеран войны, учитель Евгений Павлович Матросов. Губернатор Лисицын сказал: «‎Облик города формируют вот такие места, как парк Победы в Переславле. За строительством парка Победы я лично пристально наблюдал. Нередко заезжал сюда, смотрел. Сам себе задавал вопрос: успеют ли? Вот, успели!»‎
