English: 'Grange' and 'Castle' 4-6-0's on Plymouth - Paddington express descending Rattery Bank at Tigley Box. View westward, towards Plymouth; ex-GW Exeter etc - Plymouth - Penzance main line. The 11.15 Plymouth North Road - Paddington glides down the bank with No. 6856 'Stowe Grange' (built 11/37, withdrawn 11/65) piloting No. 5092 'Tresco Abbey' (built 2/23 as 'Star' No. 4072, rebuilt 4/38 as a 'Castle', withdrawn 3/63); the 'Grange' will no doubt come off at Newton Abbot.
