Author Anonymous in an article by Isaac Bayley Balfour (1853–1922), Gustav Hartlaub (1814–1900), and Philip Lutley Sclater (1829–1913). Other images by Joseph Smit (1836–1929) and engraved by the firm of M. & N. Hanhart, so this may be as well.
