Description |
Italiano: Telo cucito a sacco con iniziali ricamate in rosso. Il grasso sciolto dal calore e contenente i pezzetti ancora solidi che formeranno i ciccioli, viene colato attraverso il tessuto a tessitura rada, tenuto da due persone. Si raccoglie così, in un recipiente sottostante, lo strutto. Rimasti i ciccioli nel telo, questo viene arrotolato e spremuto nella pressa. Anche la cicciolata viene raccolta nel telo prima di essere pressata. |
