Description

The Monrovia Planet, front page, December 4, 1886

By the time these papers were microfilmed, they were in very delicate, deteriorated condition. The black bands are tape used to hold the pieces together. The paper's first issue appeared November 20, 1886. The first issue has been lost to the ravages of time.
