Français : Schéma illustrant qu'il n'y a pas de limite nette entre le think tank et le Do tank, mais qu'on peut les classer en trois grands types de "tanks". Le Do tank ( type de structure associative et collaborative qui émerge dans les années 2010) se veut expressément plus orienté vers le "faire" que le penser, vers la production d'actions voire d'objets, et pas seulement d'idées (généralement avec un objectif de solidarité et de soutenabilité).
De nombreux think tank (sur la gauche du graphique) ont plutôt été créé au service de groupes politiques et/ou de lobbies industriels ou économiques. Leurs produits sont des messages ou contenus "écrits" et prafois audio/vidéo... alors que les do tanks (phénomène encore émergent) se veulent plus opérationnels (tout en pouvant aussi se prévaloir d'idées politiques), éventuellement dans la mouvande du DOI (do it yourself). Dans les entreprises et administrations, on parle plus souvent de "task force" ou d'"équipe projet".

Many think tanks (on the left of the graph) have been created in the service of political groups and / or industrial lobbies. Their products are "written" messages and content and audio / video prafois ... while the do tanks (phenomenon still emerging) want to be more operational (while also being able to avail themselves of political ideas), possibly in the movement of the DOI (do it yourself). In companies and administrations, we speak more often of "task force" or "project team".
