Description
Italiano: Su di un panchetto è montato il contenitore, cilindrico e forato, apribile, entro cui si colloca la carne per la cicciolata posta in un telo. Lo stantuffo che esercita la pressione viene abbassato agendo su due grosse viti in legno con galletti di sicurezza. La pressione fa fuoriuscire i liquidi, mentre le parti gelatinose contribuiscono a legare il tutto. Si ottiene, così la cicciolata.
