Description
Français : Essai de traction-cisaillement (TC) sur 8 éprouvettes. Test d'adhésion de 2 lots de mastics automobiles structuraux base époxyde appliqués en chaîne ferrage sur support en PA-6.6 à 30 % FV (fibre de verre).

Stérigme (support ; 2 par éprouvette) de dimensions : 100 x 25 x 5 mm.
Joints d'adhésif (appliqués entre 2 stérigmes) : 2 mastics automobiles (1 lot coloré en bleu et 1 lot coloré en violet (avant cuisson)) de rigidification de structure au stade ferrage (caisse en blanc) ; composite verre/époxyde réticulable ; dimensions : 25 (environ) x 25 x 2 mm.
Cuissons (réticulation) chaîne ferrage réalisées pour ce test : 20 min (temps de montée) + 10 min (palier) à 140 °C ; ou bien 20 min (montée) + 10 min (palier) à 200 °C.
Mode opératoire : assemblage, cuisson (140 °C ou 200 °C), conditionnement à 23 °C et 50 % HR pendant 24 heures, puis traction à 23 °C et 50 % HR des éprouvettes.

La résistance en traction-cisaillement (RTC) est indiquée (exprimée en MPa) sur chaque éprouvette.
English: Adhesion of two automotive epoxy based structural adhesive sealants applied at body in white chain.

Support: PA-6.6 at 30% GF (glass fiber) automotive sheets, thickness: 5 mm.
Samples: glass/epoxide-based (composite) automotive crosslinkable adhesives; 2 batches tested: one sealant is colored in blue, the other is colored in purple (before curing); thickness: 2 mm.
Operating procedure: assembling + curing (140 °C or 200 °C) (crosslinking) + remaining 24 hours in a conditioned rooom at 23 °C and 50% RH + tensile test (at 23 °C and 50% RH).
Body in white curing for this test: 140 °C or 200 °C.

The ultimate tensile-shear strength value is noted (expressed in MPa) on each test sample.
