Français : fr:Puits de lumièreTrith-Saint-Léger (dans le département du Nord (59) et la région Nord-Pas-de-Calais), dans une maison de retraite spécialisée dans l'accueil et hébergement de personnes âgées dépendantes (EHPAD ; "Résidence Les godenettes") dessinée par l'architecte Jean-Luc Collet, créé avec le Sivom de Trith-Saint-Léger et environs selon les principes de l'architecture HQE avec puits thermique, vitrages spéciaux, pariéto-dynamiques (survitrage récupérant l'énergie du soleil), mur végétalisé, puits de lumière, modules photovoltaïques, système innovant de climatisation, qui permettra à cet établissement de mieux réagir aux canicules, etc. Construction de 2007 à 2010. surface : 5.450 m² ; 4.520.000 € HT, Réalisation ; à partir de 09/2007 pour ouverture début 2010. Maîtrise d'oeuvre / Architecte : Jean-Luc Collet. Le doigt donne une idée de la largeur de l'ouverture contribuant au renouvellement (et climatisation "passive") d'air intérieur. Ici la lumière sert aussi à créer des "portes de lumière". Pour des raisons encore incomprises, les personnes atteint de maladie d'Alzheimer ne franchissent pas les zones "suréclairées", ce qui permet de ne pas avoir de portes fermées dans l'établissement. La nuit des lampes peuvent jouer ce rôle. |
