WEER EEN VERKEERSOBSTAKEL OP DE WEG EINDHOVEN-DEN BOSCH - VERDWENEN; Weekjournaal van Polygoon Hollands Nieuws van week 46 uit 1947.; Als gevolg nog van de Tweede Wereldoorlog werd, op de route van Eindhoven naar Den Bosch, het autoverkeer tot voor kort belemmerd door vier noodbruggen met éénrichtingsverkeer: bij Best, Boxtel (twee keer) en Vught. De noodbrug bij Vught is nu vervangen door een blijvende, zodat op dit laatste stukje het verkeer uit het zuiden al weer kan doorstromen. SHOTS: - auto rijdt over de wegen door het Brabantse landschap en passeert de div. noodbruggen; - opening nieuwe brug door mevrouw Harmsen, de echtgenote van hoofdingenieur en directeur van Rijkswaterstaat; ext. nieuwe brug; verkeer passeert brug.
