English: Cubic Villa by Berlin-based architect Bruno Ahrends (1878–1948), built in 1928. Home for Ahrends friend Hans Krüger, president of the Prussian ministry of agriculture, preserves and forestry. Between 1959 and 1969 it served as villa of the President of Germany, Heinrich Lübke, when he visited West-Berlin. Deutsch: Kubistische Villa von Bruno Ahrends (1878–1948), erbaut als Dienstgebäude für die Kommission zur Aufteilung der Domäne Dahlem, ab 1928 bewohnt von Ahrends' Freund Hans Krüger, Staatspräsident im Preußischen Ministerium für Landwirtschaft, Domänen und Forsten. Zwischen 1959 und 1969 war die Villa Dienstwohnsitz von Bundespräsident Heinrich Lübke in West-Berlin.
