Usage edit
This template is used for informing the nominator (or other stakeholders) of a valued image candidate on the users talk page that the image has been promoted. To do that, insert the following:

|subpage=VIC subpage if different from image name (optional)
|role=creator|editor|nominator (default)|uploader}}

where image name is the name of the promoted image (excluding Image:), scope is a copy of the scope parameter, review is a copy of the contents of the review parameter (excluding any archives) and role is the type of stakeholder in the review. The role defaults to the nominator when this parameter is not specified.

acheive an approximate location by looking at the photo and compare with GE, but it will be a guess and not very accurate.
