Babel AutoCreate

This account is part of the Babel extension and automatically creates categories based on language levels added by users. The username can be configured through MediaWiki:Babel-autocreate-user. The editing done by the bot is controlled by MediaWiki:babel-autocreate-text-levels and MediaWiki:babel-autocreate-text-main messages.
If you want to disable categories, please file a bug in Bugzilla.
