I am a librarian/archivist in training but a folklorist at heart. As I am sifting through old books for my own research, I decided to begin uploading some of the gorgeous illustrations I keep coming across. I rely on Wikimedia Commons to illustrate my articles, so I try to pay it forward and add the beautiful illustrations I stumble upon.
