I have occasionally been involved in photography since 1992, when I bought my first film camera at the urging of a colleague. This friend taught me the basics of photography. Since then, whenever I have the opportunity, I take pictures in my free time. Mostly landscape photos, on family trips. In 2008 I bought my first point-and-shoot camera and, due to the high cost, I managed to buy my first dslr only as recently as 4 years ago. I still mostly photograph landscapes but I generally like nature photography. I'm thinking of buying a lense for macrophotography whenever I save the money needed.
