Hans Cappelen (1945-) is a Norwegian lawyer and heraldist. He is a retired partner in the law firm Advokatfirmaet Cappelen & Krefting DA, Oslo, and a member of the Academie Internationale d'Heraldique. He is writing on wikipedia on building law, heraldry, house marks, genealogy etc.
