This user account is used to upload the pictures created in the scope of the Neuchâtel Herbarium project.
This account is by Wikimedia CH people to perform the upload of the files coming from the digitization projects, Neuchâtel Herbarium and Project Pénard. It is used by Chandres to run a script written by Kelson, or to perform maintenance operations related to the project using AWB.
It can also be used by Olivierk14 or Chandres to perform mass upload using GWToolset.
