I am a linguist working with endangered languages, dialectology and sociolinguistics, mainly with Komi and Karelian, but also more widely with Finnic and Permic languages. I plan to use Wikimedia Commons to archive and publish media from scientific projects where I have been involved and in which I have created materials, for example photographs, for which I have clearly rights to redistribute them myself.
