If you wondered... i pick Wikipedia articles to focus on at random; usually the result of clicking links that catch my interest (much like a demented magpie dive-bombing pieces of tinsel on a Christmas Tree sales lot December 26).

Following flares of interest brings one (inevitably it seems) to a "Help Me" tag of one sort or another; almost guaranteed my attention (if not aide) would be those which seem destined for deletion. My assistance may go either way though, pushing towards retention or validating deletion. i suppose at heart i am an inclusionist, but only if i personally: genuinely believe importance, and see evidential referents.

Caveat #1: The article may convince me of import but lack citations to prove it. Or be a remarkably well-sourced ode to my next door neighbor's second babysitter which seems notable not even to neighbors. Whichever, the presence of either one may lead me to acquire (or attempt to acquire) for the article the other.
Caveat #2: I may well start out attempting to disprove an article which seems frivolous or asinine and thus achieve speedy deletion... only to find so many referents for the subject i have no choice but to believe with all my heart (i DO believe in Santy, i DO i DO!) and therefore have no choice but to about-face and attempt to revise and cite and solicit input and save the bugger.
