Sulaimon Taofeek Omobolaji was born in the early 80's in Mushin Local Government Area of Lagos State, South-West Nigeria. An indigen of Lagos, from Badagry Local Government of the state. His mother is from Abeokuta, another southern state. His the fifth child of his mother, but sixth from his father. He was born into a polygamous family. Though his father's favourite. He had his primary education in Akodu Primary School, Mushin; a community school that trains and nurture leaders of tomorrow in the late 80's. After his first school leaving certificate, he proceed to Birch Freeman High School, Surulere, Lagos, where he completed his secondary education.Due to some constraints and delay, he waited for over four years before he proceed to study Mass Communication at the Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu. While he was in school, he was trying all he can to fend for himself, yet his academic pursuit is not derail or affected or distracted. After completing the first part of his education at the institution, he did his internship at the same school, working at the same department, Mass Communication. He proceed to continue his education after completing one year of internship. In early part of 2000's, completed his Higher National Diploma from the same school. According to some research conducted, it was discovered that he was one of the most sort After student in the school during his time. That he also contested for the post of welfare director for student union government (S.U.G) at the time. But he was disqualified alongside some of his mate who were also contesting due to their involvement in a protest that brings academic activities in the school to a halt for sometime. Though, the protest yield a positive outcomes. The purpose of the protest was a result of past academic results been withheld by the department without reason. It was also discovered that during his time in the school he missed his final paper, which warrant him to have extra year in the school. Due to this event, he left the school and never return. After few months of this event, another account was recorded. Despite missing his last paper, he's name was among the graduating students. But he decided to wait for his time, by rewriting the missing paper. Two years after this event, he was posted to Sokoto State for compulsory National Youth Service Corp (N.Y.S.C). A young man from south-west province of the country, he was posted to Rabah location government area of Sokoto State. Due to his dogedness and disciplinarian nature, he was made the Copers Liason Officer (CLO), responsible for corners welfare in the location at large. One of his major attributes is, wherever he goes, he always leaves an indelible mark, positively. During his time there, aside his primary assignment, he was also lecturing at National teachers institutes, Sokoto training centre; teaching English, literature and history. After series of persuasion from his parents not to stay in the North-East, he return to Lagos to pursue his career as a filmmaker.

He return to Lagos to refresh and gain more experience before entering the industry fully. With the help of his friend and brother, Shoyode Olatunji Jamiu (Haji), he joined Mainframe production during one of their project; Dazzling Mirage as production assistant and social media handler. Few months after the project, he stay back at the institution. It was during this time that, his friend and brother (Haji) got to know about an opening at a production agency in Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos; Audio Visual First (AVF), the production arm of Stb mmcann; one of the reigning advertising agency at the time. Through his link, Omobolaji was employed on contract basis at the time. This is the beginning of greatness in his life.
