Taha Wasiq was born in Lahore, Pakistan, on January 30th, 2004. He is presently doing his A-levels from Beacon House School, Defense Campus Lahore.

A student, interested in anthropology, religious history, Islamic history, and the latter's historiography. He has been collecting and preserving flora, fauna, fossils[1], precious and semi-precious stones, coins, antiques. Using his artistic skills, create antique-styled objects, either inspired by or a similar copy of the original. He won second position in Living planet art Contest 2012[2]. Interested in early Islamic historiography and historical perceptions of Prophet Muhammad, challenging both widespread traditional Islamic and anti-Islamic narratives regarding the rise of Islam. He is also gradually developing a YouTube channel for educational purposes.

He has led a UNESCO project in Rohtas fort, training grade 8 students to make coin replicas, establishing a souvenir-selling enterprise that protects the historical heritage, uplifts the community and promotes sustainable tourism.
