First steps tutorial

Our first steps tour and our frequently asked questions will help you a lot after registration. They explain how to customize the interface (for example the language), how to upload files and our basic licensing policy (Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content).

You don't need technical skills in order to contribute here. Be bold when contributing and assume good faith when interacting with others. This is a wiki.

Getting help

More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at the copyright village pump.

Goodies, tips, and tricks

Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities.
You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads.
Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~.
To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg.
You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account.
There are several tools to upload files.
Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful.

Made a mistake?

Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it.
Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

我現在看到這個討論是在中文維基那裡，但是你們卻討論這裡的事。我不清楚發生什麼事。不過你不用憂心，他們那些人只會在中文維基那裡敲鍵盤。如果照片真的是侵權，他們會自己跑來這裡刪除，在那裡是刪不到的，所以你根本不用浪費時間去和他們吵。現在看，你上傳這張File:20210413 TEMU1013+1014.jpg並沒有被刪除。因此我猜測，他們可能是看到照片的解析度太低（畫質差），又沒有EXIF數據，以為你是從網站盜圖當自己拍的。這是合理懷疑，但不是很好的刪除理由。如果你真的是用手機自己拍，我猜測你可能知道，EXIF數據可經由軟體去消除，所以我們要刪除你的照片，其實最有力的刪除理由還是要從網站去比對，比如File:Memorybank2019-還有圓環噴水池的台東火車站.jpg，來源顯示照片從文化部網站抓來，不僅照片是一樣，而且該網頁下方還有「Copyright © 2019 文化部國家文化記憶庫版權所有」版權宣告，我們是經由這些直接證據判定侵權。至於他們想鬥嘴，建議你不要理他們，除非他們找到原始照片來自某個網站，又有直接證據指出此照片是網站所有，否則他們只是基於合理懷疑，因此阻止你上傳這樣的照片。依我個人看法來說，我會選擇學習共享資源那些老外的開放思想，以沒有證據指出侵權之下（合理懷疑只能看管理員是否會刪），基於海納百川的維基精神，我和他們都是鼓勵任何人上傳照片，以豐富共享資源的圖庫與照片數量的成長。--Kai3952 (talk) 12:54, 4 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
