Revibot changing license on tistory.com files

-revi, I noticed that your bot Revibot is now modifying the licenses on files sources from tistory.com. While I, in principle, have no objection to your bot doing this, it is not correctly handling files that have been through license review. If you are going to change the license on a file, you can't leave a {{LicenseReview}} template on the file claiming that someone else has verified that the license is correct. For example, your bot changed the license on File:AOA's Yuna 140727.jpg, but it left the {{LicenseReview}} template claiming that I had verified that it was available under CC-by-4.0 when what I had verified was that it was available under the CC-by-2.0-kr. If you must change the license, please also change any existing {{LicenseReview|site=...|user=...|date=...}} into {{LicenseReview}} without parameters. —RP88 (talk) 09:40, 6 January 2015 (UTC)

국방시설사진관련

이들 사진은 국방부의 촬영허가가 없는 것만이 문제가 아니고 카메라 데이터도 이상한 점이 있습니다. 한 사람[1]이 촬영한 카메라의 메이커가 1년간에 3개이상, 게다가 모두 한국에서는 낯선 중국메이카입니다. 변조의 가능성이 큽니다. 그리고 이들 사진을 촬영한 사용자들은 위키미디어 재단 관계자에 위해서 Global Rock을 당한 상태입니다.[2]이러한 사진은 삭제돼야 합니다.--hyolee2/H.L.LEE (talk) 21:37, 9 January 2015 (UTC)

카메라 데이터가 변조된 가능성이 큰 것은 분명해 보이지만, 보안상의 문제로 촬영자가 그렇게 한 것으로 보입니다. revi님 대로 COM:NCR 사유라 삭제사유가 안되는데다가, 중화민국 국군의 관련사진들(Category:Military facilities of Taiwan과 하위 Category에 있음)과 일본 자위대 관련사진들(Category:Military facilities of Japan과 하위 Category에 있음) 중에서도 중화민국 국방부와 일본 방위성의 허가없이 촬영된 것도 존재합니다. 이것 역시 COM:NCR 사유라 삭제사유가 되지 않는데, hyolee2님의 주장대로라면 중화민국 국군과 자위대의 관련사진 중 무허가로 촬영된 사진도 삭제되야 합니다.

업로드를 하는데 사용된 계정들이 Global Lock을 당한 것은 해당 사진때문이 아니라 사진을 업로드하는데 사용된 계정을 이용해 호기심으로 인터넷으로 아동포르노나 중요부위 노출사진 등을 Upload 하다가 Global Lock을 당한 것으로 보입니다. 한개의 컴퓨터에서 여러계정을 쓰는 것으로 보아 다중계정이거나 공용 컴퓨터에서 로그인을 한 것으로 보이는데, 차단된 계정이 다중계정이라고 해도 보안상의 이유로 다중계정을 사용한 것으로 보입니다.

• [3] : 토론 내용 중에서 "Explicit images"와 [4]의 내용을 확인하지 않고 아동포르노나 중요부위 노출사진을 호기심으로 올리다가 차단된 것으로 보입니다. 삭제된 파일명에 penis와 "기록 동작이 제거됨" 부분이 아동포르노나 중요부위 노출사진으로 보입니다.

• 위 내용으로 보아서는 아동포르노나 중요보위 노출사진과는 관련이 없습니다.

하지만 Ilhuween이라는 계정을 이용해 아동포르노를 업로드를 한것이 문제가 되었는데 그 계정을 로그인하는데 사용된 컴퓨터가 차단된 계정이 로그인되는데 사용된 컴퓨터로 로그인되었고 거기에서 문제가 되어 위 계정들이 차단된 것으로 보입니다.

위 계정에 대해서는 Global Lock를 해제하는 것과 동시에 아동포르노를 업로드하는데 사용된 계정의 토론을 통해 아동포르노를 Upload 하지 말것을 알리도록 해야 한다고 봅니다. Lgk1776 (talk) 07:48, 11 January 2015 (UTC)

Crop Photos

Hi revi, I just started to try to upload some photos from flickr. Most of them has been verified by the smart Bots. There are some photos that I cropped so I can use it for individual image. Since this is my first time I don't know if i do this right. I edited the photos,upload them and put the link of original flickr link. You are fine to use it, as long as cropped page has {{Extracted from}} or other form to link to original pages. Human reviewers will view the backlog here and review them manually. oops I didn't, I'll add them now. There are some photos that I didn't originally upload the original, only the cropped. Also I didn't know that there's croptoll here. So I did it manually. When there is only cropped version, mentioning it on |other versions= should be fine (at least for me). Alternatively you can upload original version and use the template (I would suggest this, as someone can find a good usage for the original files!) And yes, croptool is a good tool that does crop and upload on behalf of you.

Hi Revi, need help with more questions if you don't mind:

1. Do you usually inform Flickr Photo Owners when using their photos for WIki?

I remembered reading this somewhere but I can't find it anymore that this is not required but only as a courtesy? Just wondering how do you usually do that.

2. Watchlist when people use photos that you uploaded

Just wondering if this is possible.

3. How to create new Category?

Can we just created it or it need to fit certain criteria? For Example: There are no category for "Running man"-Korean TV Show. So I just put it under each member category. Thank you for the help Sonflower0210 (talk) 13:46, 11 February 2015 (UTC)

1. I rarely do, and when I do so, it is part of flickr-reviewing process.
2. That's not possible, but I categorize all my uploads under Category:Files by Revi (or subcats) and use "GLAMorous" to see the usage.
3. Just make a category like making an article, but difference is to point "parent category" when creating one - like, when creating category for Running Man, you have to categorize it under "TV shows" category or "TV shows in South Korea" category. — Revi 13:53, 11 February 2015 (UTC)

Permission for images

Hi revi, as you know, some the pictures that I uploaded from jjoggomi.tistory.com were deleted, but I personally contacted the owners on their twitter, and they are fine with it as long as proper credits are given. I assume (s)he is native Korean speaker, so I'll instruct with the Korean versions. Point the user to c:COM:메일 양식, ask him to fill the forms and send it to permissions-kowikimedia.org (preferably with @tistory.com, but not required to do so...). Generally twitter mention is not enough for copyright release. New uploader of Korean images

Hi Revi. If/when you have time, can you take a look at http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/Winter9411? I've had to DR 4 images uploaded by this editor that were up for license review. I've gotten used to the two regular uploaders of Korean pop singer images, and I never have issues with their uploads, but this new uploader is using sources that look to be collections of images from various other sites/photographers, etc. INeverCry 00:41, 21 March 2015 (UTC)

박주영 사진과 김현성 사진 삭제 관련

박주영과 김현성 선수 사진 제가 찍은것으로 저작권 문제가 전혀 걸릴것이 없는것인데 왜 알지도 못 하면서 삭제 하셨나요? 위키피디아에서 자기가 찍은 사진 아니면 삭제한다고 해서 어렵게 찍은 사진입니다. 다시 파일 업로드 했으니 삭제 하지 마세요. 그리고 삭제 이유가 Unlikely to be own work 이건 무슨 의미인가요? 그러면 사진이 잘 나와서 개인이 찍은게 아닌것 같으면 삭제한다는건가요? 스포츠신문이나 이런데서 퍼온 사진인게 명백하면 모를까 님이 잘 알지도 못 하면 일단 파일 업로드한 사람한테 물어보는게 예의 아닙니까? 그냥 내가 보기에 이거 개인이 찍은게 아닌것 같다고 그냥 막 삭제처리 완료하고 이유로 개인 작품이 아닌것 같다 이런 한마디 붙이면 끝인가요?

전에 올렸던 FC 서울 선수들 사진은 제가 FC서울 온라인 사진관에서 퍼온 사진이었는데 솔직히 이 사진도 저작권이 없는 개념으로 아무나 쓸 수 있는 사진이지만 외국인들이 저작권이 어쩌구 저쩌구 그래서 다 삭제했는데 이거 설명할 수도 없고 그래서 냅두고 그래서 예전에 직접 찍었던 사진들로 다시 다 바꾸고 그리고 이번에 직접 박주영 선수, 김현성 선수 다시 사진 찍어서 올린겁니다.

사진 찍고 올리고 그런게 엄청난 공력은 아니지만 그래도 꽤 시간도 들고 공력이 드는것으로 앞으로 이렇게 한마디 물어보지도 않고 그냥 님 느낌으로 삭제하고 그러지 마시기 바랍니다. 이런 경우 있으면 정말 위키백과에 기여하고 싶은 마음이 쏙 사라집니다.Footwiks (talk) 14:55, 20 April 2015 (UTC)

사용자 Footwiks가 업로드한 사진들

Footwiks 사용자가 본인이 직접 촬영했다는 File:PARK Chuyoung-FC Seoul.png, File:Park Chu-young-2015.jpg 사진들은 FC 서울 온라인 사진관에 올라와있는 사진으로 본인이 직접 촬영한 사진이 아닐뿐더러 명백한 저작권 위반입니다. 사진 출처 또한 Footwiks 사용자는 FC 서울 온라인 사진관에 올라와있는 사진들은 저작권 개념이 없다고 말했지만 FC 서울 온라인 사진관에는 <저작권자 ⓒ 2014 FC 서울. 무단전재 - 재배포 금지>라고 분명히 명시되어 있습니다. 두번이나 거짓말을 한 셈이죠. 김현성 사진도 본인이 직접 촬영했다고 하는데 저 구도는 기자가 아니고서는 일반 관중석 아무리 맨 앞자리이거나 좋은 카메라를 사용해도 촬영했을때 나올수 없는 구조입니다. 김현성 사진은 FC 서울 온라인 사진관에 없는 것을 보이고 구글 이미지 검색으로도 나오지 않기 때문에 섣불리 판단해서는 안되겠지만 이 사진 또한 본인이 직접 촬영한 것으로 보여지지 않으며 아마 다른 FC 서울 관련 커뮤니티에서 퍼온 사진으로 보여집니다. 그 외 Footwiks 사용자가 올린 사진들 또한 의심의 여지는 충분히 있으며, 올라온 사진들이 원본 비율이 아닌 수정된 사진으로 사진을 수정하여 올리는 과정에서 EXIF 정보가 소실되어 있는데(박주영 사진만 봐도 원본 사진을 다운로드하면 EXIF 정보가 나옵니다.) 본인이 직접 촬영한 사진이고 이를 입증하고 싶다면 원본 파일을 올려서 EXIF 정보 공개를 해야한다고 생각합니다. 이에 다시 한번 자세한 검토를 부탁드립니다.--Fetx2002 (talk) 10:35, 22 May 2015 (UTC)

제가 이 곳의 사진을 올려봤습니다만. 인천투어 홈페이지를 보시면 아래 공공누리를 붙여놔 홈페이지 자료 전체가 공공누리로 보이게 해놨습니다. 그러나 홈페이지 이용정책에는 '인천투어 홈페이지에서 발간하는 콘텐츠로 수익을 얻거나 이에 상응하는 혜택을 누리고자 하는 경우에는 인천투어와 사전에 별도의 협의를 하거나 허락을 얻어야 하며 협의 또는 허락을 얻어 자료의 내용을 게재하는 경우에도 출처가 인천투어 홈페이지임을 밝혀야 합니다.' 라고 해놨네요. 위키가 수익을 얻는게 아니기 때문에 괜찮다는 생각도 들지만, 영리도 추구되어야 하기에 허락없이 사용하지 못하는게 아닌가 의문이 드네요. 어떻게 생각하시나요?--Exj (Talk) 16:23, 29 June 2015 (UTC)

Tistory Images with out CCL button

Hi, I read up on your posts about Tistory Wasabicon images and the tiny CCL button at the bottom corner of the page. I can find it on most of Wasabicon's older pages, but newer pages don't seem to have one. If there's no button, can I assume that the images fall under the default 2.0 Tistory license? I am working on Commons:WLA and have an issue. I have moved the main page of WLAf2014 to Commons:Wiki Loves Africa 2014. But the translations in various languages are still "attached" to the original page Commons:Wiki Loves Africa. How to "move" the translations so that they stay with the original page ? After discussion with a translation Admin, the solution might be to start by deleting Commons:Wiki Loves Africa 2014. Can you do that please ? Anthere (talk) 18:14, 15 September 2015 (UTC)

Hello there, This image of Daniel Baldwin here https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Daniel_Baldwin.jpg recently uploaded seems to have got no legit licence, the uploader says "Own work", and apparently he has a history of uploading unlicensed images, could you please check.
