Hi, of course you can use that picture, with information of authorship (according to license), for example:
Author: Aleksander P. Remesz, based on the picture from Gray's Anatomy

Thank you very much for your permission. Your pictures (the others on your page as well) are excellent! I will confirm with the journal that this is ok, and I will most likely have to send you a form. We are more than happy to send our publication when it is published by the journal.
