Kategooriad

Küsimusi põhjustab see, et kuna sina ei ole piltide autor ja pole ka päris selge, et kes ikka autor on, siis arvati, et siin võib-olla tegemist autoriõiguste rikkumisega. Ja teiseks,kui keegi kahtleb autorluses, siis peab ta tõestama, kes siis õige autor tema arvates on, mitte aga ajada "soga" autoriõiguste RIKKUMISEST.Enne tuleb ikka endale konkreetselt/faktidega olu selgeks teha, mitte "võib-olla" tasemel raisata autori aega, tõestamaks oma õiguseid, oskuseid ja võimalusi.Kolmandaks olen leidnud, et minu 30-40 aastat tagused fotod on samas "võib-olla" kaalutlustel koguni kadunud.Tundub, et oleks vaja Skype kaudu mõnele selgitada, kuidas, näiteks aastakümneid vana slaid on fotoaparaadiga digitaliseeritud, sealt saadud värske kuupäev jne.Samas aga näen pilte, kus on moonutatud kujundid, mida tuleks Vikipeediast kustutada.Iga looduses esinev vertikaaljoon ja horisontaalsed jooned (kortsnad,majaseinad,katuseharjad, aknad, lipuvardad jne) peaksid Vikipeedias olema samas asendis nagu looduses- tegelikus olus -- siit pinnalt võiks alustada autorsuse küsimust, sest fotograaf on võltsinud/moondanud tegelikkust ja pole oluline kas tahmatult, oskamatusest või mis tahes juhusel. Vikipeedia pilt peaks vastama tegelikuses esinevale objektile, aga seda paraku alati ei märgata:kas tahtlikult, oskamatusest jne.Ei hakka ka selle teemaga-põhjusega enda aega siinkohal raiskama, lihtsalt vahemärkus. Lõpetuseks:Jah, Kehra pilt on samast olust, mis Aegviidu.Tahaksin rõhutada, et ma ei pane kunagi üles vööraid pilte.Pole sellist vajadust, sest ei kirjuta artikleid, milles pole ise osalenud. Sõnastasin pildi allkirjaks Moinaki limaani mudaravila pääsla 1980. a.Lõhutud ja laiali tassitud Ukraina iseseisuvmise aegu. ja samuti teise pildi: Moinaki limaani mudaravila ujumissild 1980.a.Krimm.Ukraina NSV.Lõhutud ja laiali tassitud Ukraina iseseisuvmise aegu. Ent ilmselt olen laadinud uued pildi, sest artiklis https://et.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jevpatorija on pildid praegu olemas ja mida kirjutise juurde lisatuna oluliseks pean, õigemini väga oluliseks, sest seda olu pole enam peaaegu 20 aastat.Esimest korda olin Jevpatorijas 1980 aastal ja viimati siis 2014 suvi.
